• The sexual health risk assessment cannot establish whether you have an STD or whether you will get an STD in the future.
• This website and any component thereof cannot be used to diagnose or treat any disease, illness or condition. The sexual health risk assessment cannot be used as a substitute for a comprehensive exam conducted by a licensed healthcare provider.
• The survey is not used to know who you are. Your answers will be kept so we can improve website programming and SRHD services, but we won't ask for your name and have no way of knowing which answers are yours.
• We pledge to fully protect your privacy and anonymity to the fullest extent possible.
